Finance Manager – Media Join to apply for the Finance Manager – Media role at Molson Coors Beverage Company Base Pay Range $82,300.00/yr - $108,000.00/yr Responsibilities Directs and manages the month‑end consolidation of financial reporting and forecasting for media and marketing operations spend, ensuring timeliness and completeness of work produced Assists with ad‑hoc reporting and special projects for the marketing team Planning, analysis and reporting for the Media & Marketing Operations teams Works with the procurement and FP&A teams to validate & report commercial savings Reviews contracts for major agency and alliance partnerships Drives efficiencies in reporting and transactional work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience; CPA preferred 6+ years of progressive Finance leadership experience; prior corporate accounting/financial reporting experience preferred Skilled in Excel or spreadsheet execution (proficient with Microsoft products; SAP and BPC preferred) Driven and comfortable with change Effective influence & collaboration without formal authority Detail oriented with critical focus on producing quality results and translating financial principles into simple processes and business solutions Objectivity, resilience and flexibility to manage strategic & complex financial issues; can assess situations and provide an objective, non‑biased point of view Motivated leader who can inspire others; respects commitments and obtains optimal results from team through respect and development Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
