Responsibilities:What You’ll Do:
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital ads).
- Develop engaging content: graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media assets.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and track performance.
- Monitor analytics, report results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, particularly in real estate and tech.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of marketing experience in real estate, tech, or hybrid industries.
- Strong skills in social media, content creation, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Follow Up Boss, Google Business Profile, or similar.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaigns and improve performance.
- Organized, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
Bonus Skills:
- SEO, blog writing, and CRM automation experience.
- Experience with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies.
