Position: Marketing Communications Manager (Remote — United States)
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies (digital, print, and community outreach) to promote district programs, initiatives, enrollment, and events.
- Manage district social media channels and content calendar; create, schedule, and optimize posts to increase engagement and community reach.
- Own website content and information architecture on WordPress CMS—ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and timely updates across school and district pages.
- Produce and oversee creative assets (graphics, short-form video, newsletters); coordinate with designers, vendors, and school liaisons to maintain consistent brand standards.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, SEO metrics, and platform insights; prepare concise reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
- Lead stakeholder and media communications for routine announcements and time-sensitive situations; draft press releases, talking points, and internal communications as needed.
