Health & Wellness Consumer Products

We are a portfolio company behind category-leading health and wellness brands. Chances are you’ve already experienced our products, whether it’s an air purifier in your living room or an air fryer helping you cook healthier meals at home.

We’re a fast-growing, design-driven organization with global reach and a strong track record of innovation. Our products have earned recognition from CES Innovation Awards, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot, and we’re continuing to invest in people who want to shape the future of consumer health and wellness through thoughtful, evidence-driven design.

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and user experience across multiple product lines. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success.

You’ll lead end-to-end research—from foundational discovery through iterative evaluation—while helping evolve our research practice into a scalable, durable capability. Partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, you’ll ensure user insights meaningfully inform roadmaps, design decisions, and business outcomes.

We’re looking for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable uncovering deep human insights and translating them into clear, actionable guidance that drives impact.

Portfolio required (case studies demonstrating research thinking, execution, and impact).

What You’ll Do

Lead Strategic, End-to-End Research

  • Own and execute foundational, generative, and evaluative research across multiple product lines.
  • Apply mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Design research to address key product risks: value, usability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and actionable insights that inform strategy, design decisions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Balance deep discovery with lean, iterative testing to support agile product development and continuous learning.

Build and Scale Research Operations

  • Strengthen research infrastructure, including participant panels, consent workflows, and documentation practices.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and toolkits to improve research efficiency and consistency.
  • Evolve and maintain a research repository that enables knowledge sharing and long-term organizational learning.
  • Establish standards for insight tagging, storage, and discoverability to reduce duplication and maximize research impact.

Influence Through Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to define user-centered goals and success metrics.
  • Embed research insights into product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Communicate findings clearly and confidently to cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
  • Advocate for user empathy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of UX or product research experience, ideally in consumer technology, health, wellness, or connected devices.
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end research from discovery through validation and post-launch evaluation.
  • Strong command of mixed methods research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, field research).
  • Exceptional synthesis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience supporting beta programs and working within agile product teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools such as UserTesting, Dovetail, Figma, Quantilope, or similar research and repository platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with international or distributed teams.
  • Comfort with rapid experimentation and iterative testing.
  • Background or strong interest in health, wellness, or behavioral science.
  • Curious, adaptable, and self-directed; thrives in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
