We are seeking a friendly, organized, and knowledgeable Service Writer to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and transparent repair process—from intake to invoicing. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
• Create detailed and accurate repair orders
• Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
• Provide cost estimates and obtain approvals for repairs
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow
• Upsell recommended maintenance and services
• Keep customers informed on repair status and timelines
• Process payments and maintain service records

✅ Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior experience in automotive service or customer service (preferred)
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with shop management software is a plus
