Are you a data-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving growth through innovative strategies? We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to take ownership of our paid channels, lead a team, and drive performance at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our performance marketing strategy while fostering cross-functional collaboration across departments to maximize business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Performance Marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic direction.
- Define the strategy and roadmap for SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee additional PPC channels, including affiliate marketing, price comparison engines, and retargeting campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as ROAS, LTV and CPA.
- Implement advanced bidding strategies, segmentation, and campaign management to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring a test-and-learn approach.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with other teams (e.g., Product, Data, CRM) to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on SEA and other PPC channels, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
- +4 years of strong leadership skills to guide and grow the Performance Marketing team.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, PPC management tools, Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives across the company.
- Strong critical thinking, opportunity identification, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong collaborator who works across teams and aligns goals.
