Must have residential construction building experience Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory Build a strong referral network to drive new sales opportunities. Design, estimate, and sell outdoor living projects such as decks, patio covers, and outdoor kitchens to homeowners. Participate in trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events. Meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals by tenacious follow-up and solving problems for clients.
