We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client's team in Country Club Hills, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for digital platforms. Your expertise in UX/UI design tools and techniques will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.


Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to align design strategies with project objectives.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design quality.

• Analyze user feedback and data to refine designs and enhance overall user satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to ensure innovative solutions.

• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user expectations.

• Address technical constraints and find creative solutions to deliver functional designs.

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.

  • At least 3 years of professional UX/Product Design experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Portfolio featuring end-to-end case studies with successful digital products and platforms
  • Experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights for SaaS or digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines, with proven experience incorporating accessibility best practices into your design process
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for communicating and collaborating with development teams
  • Experience contributing to design systems and delivering accessible solutions, including color-blind/user-centered options developed during the design phase
