*Overview:*
Impact Church is seeking a creative and technically skilled *Video & Lighting Director / Systems Engineer* to lead all visual and lighting environments across campuses. This role combines hands-on system engineering with artistic direction to ensure excellent video quality, dynamic lighting design, and reliable infrastructure for worship services, events, and broadcasts.
*Responsibilities:*
· Oversee design, programming, and execution of *lighting and video systems* for live and broadcast environments.
· Maintain and troubleshoot *LED walls, projection, camera systems, switchers, and lighting networks*.
· Lead a team of volunteer and staff operators for weekend services and special events.
· Collaborate with Worship, Creative, and Production teams to create cohesive visual experiences.
· Manage upgrades, documentation, and system standards across all campuses.
· Support live stream and broadcast workflows (Resi, Blackmagic, etc.).
*Qualifications:*
· 3–5 years experience in *lighting design and video systems engineering*.
· Proficient with *GrandMA / Eos consoles*, *Blackmagic ATEM*, *NDI / SDI routing*, and *LED wall processing*.
· Strong technical knowledge of *DMX, Art-Net, Dante, and network infrastructure*.
· Creative eye for stage design, color, and storytelling through visuals.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Church production or touring experience preferred.
