Pay: Training $25/hr, Photography $30/hr, Drone $35/hr, Video $40/hr

We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our growing real estate media team serving Seattle, Bellevue, and Tacoma.
This is a part-time, field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, working independently, and developing creative skills. While personality and professionalism are most important, some photography or video experience is preferred.
We provide paid training, clear processes, and opportunities to grow into higher-paying skills like drone and video work.
What You’ll Do
- Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
- Capture interior and exterior photos and media following a clear shot list and workflow
- Represent the company professionally with homeowners, agents, and clients
- Upload and deliver media files after each shoot, no editing required
- Train into additional services such as video and drone photography over time
Schedule and Availability
- Part-time, typically 10 to 20 hours per week
- Hours vary based on season and demand
- More availability leads to more scheduling opportunities
- Our busiest days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Peak season is spring through fall, slower season in winter
