What We Are Looking For
We seek a Community Manager - Affordable to oversee operations, manage finances, and maintain resident satisfaction for Forte Apartments in Lone Tree, CO. Full‑time, full benefits. Pay range: $38–$40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi‑family community, ensuring safety and maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on‑site staff on customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
- Manage leasing: market units, conduct tours, process applications, and execute leases.
- Maintain financial performance: create budgets, prepare monthly reports, monitor expenditures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Administer resident programs to build strong community and satisfaction.
- Oversee renovations, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
- Handle resident concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly and fairly.
- Prepare and submit annual operating budgets and quarterly reviews.
- Maintain resident transaction records (move‑ins, move‑outs, rent collections, renewals).
- Foster teamwork with corporate leadership to achieve community goals.
- Support business functions such as bank deposits, community supplies, and competitive analysis.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of property management experience, specifically affordable apartment communities.
- Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties.
- Hands‑on operation of a multi‑family community with strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections.
- Skilled with Yardi and/or MRI property management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong resident, staff, and vendor engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for top‑tier customer service and positive community culture.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
