Guard Owl is building the operating system for the physical security industry. We help security companies and property managers run smarter, more reliable operations through scheduling, compliance, reporting, and AI‑driven automation.
We are scaling fast, and are now looking for a Creative Content Lead to own everything visual and creative across the company.
This role is not about posting for the sake of posting. It is about building a consistent, premium brand across every surface Guard Owl touches.
The Role
You will own all content and creative output for Guard Owl.
That includes video, social media, product demos, explainers, ads, decks, graphics, and internal and external materials. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to translate product, vision, and strategy into clear, compelling content.
You are both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executor.
What You Will Own
- End‑to‑end creation of all content across formats
- Explainer videos
- Product demos
- Short‑form and long‑form social content
- Video ads
- Static graphics and posters
- Business presentations and pitch decks
- Website and landing page visuals
- Establish and maintain Guard Owl’s visual and creative identity
- Turn complex product and industry concepts into simple, engaging content
- Work closely with product, sales, and leadership to support launches, GTM, and partnerships
- Own content calendars and creative output across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Continuously raise the quality bar for everything Guard Owl publishes
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in creative content, multimedia design, or brand content
- Strong portfolio across video, graphics, and social
- Ability to handle:
- Motion graphics
- Video editing
- Visual storytelling
- Design for business and marketing
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced startup environments
- Strong taste and judgment for premium, modern B2B brands
- Ability to take ownership with minimal direction
- Experience creating content for SaaS, B2B, or technical products is a big plus
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Figma
- Basic understanding of social media performance and formats
- Comfortable working with both screen capture and live‑action video
