The Opportunity

We are seeking a Podcast Producer to serve as the day-to-day operational and creative backbone for the podcasts on our expanding network. This role exists because our slate is growing — and we need a producer who can own the ongoing production process across multiple shows, creators, and workflows.

You will be the primary point of contact for podcast operations, working closely with hosts, editors, video teams, social teams, and external partners to ensure episodes are thoughtfully planned, efficiently produced, and executed at a high editorial standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary producer and operational point of contact for assigned podcasts
• Collaborate with podcast hosts and creators to plan episodes
• Coordinate guest booking, scheduling, and preparation
• Oversee recording logisticsPartner with video and editing teams to manage video podcast production
• Support analytics and growth conversations
• Maintain documentation and communication

Who We’re Looking For

• A politically motivated, highly organized producer who would thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Strong editorial instincts and political awareness
• Excellent communicator with strong judgment
• Aligned with progressive values

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience producing podcasts or media content
• Experience in media required; political media preferred
• Familiarity with YouTube, Substack, and audio podcasts

• Experience in politics or advocacy
