Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Producer to lead the planning and execution of social media initiatives for Keeping It Real with Jillian Michaels. This role will be instrumental in growing the show’s online presence, driving community engagement, and supporting the show’s broader marketing strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and has a passion for storytelling through social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to Keeping It Real with Jillian Michaels that align with broader brand objectives
  • Grow monetization opportunities and fan engagement across all major platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, show‑specific content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube
  • Provide regular analytical reports on performance, audience insights, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze marketing efforts to improve engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with production and marketing teams to develop cohesive, cross‑channel campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to foster a strong community around the show
  • Leverage social media trends and platform innovations to expand show visibility and fandom
  • Ensure content is on‑brand and reflective of Jillian Michaels’ voice and values
  • Set and monitor KPIs specific to the show and adapt strategies based on insights
  • Manage targeted ad campaigns and social media budgets
  • Stay current with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends
  • Manage scheduling, listening, and analytics tools to streamline workflow

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience managing high‑profile social media accounts
  • Proven success across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Experience working with talent or branded shows in the media or entertainment space
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate metrics into action
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Usable skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Familiarity with fan community engagement strategies for talk shows or personality‑led content
  • Experience using social listening tools and scheduling platforms

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $67,000.00–$98,500.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
