We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries through social listening.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations to inform strategy development.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of video editing techniques for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with branding principles and public relations strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content.
- Experience in content creation that resonates with target audiences across various platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles including e-commerce strategies and relationship management.
