Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the public image and brand visibility of our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to develop and execute effective communication strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials
• Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers
• Monitor media coverage and track public perception of the organization
• Coordinate and assist with the planning of PR events, including press conferences and promotional events
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitor activities

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in media monitoring tools and social media platforms
