This is a "player-coach" position. You won’t just be delegating; you will be in the trenches with your Team. You will help design the print pieces, write the digital copy, and source the merchandise—ensuring every single asset is compliant, human, and conversion-focused.

Most mortgage marketing is stuck in 2008—relying on koozies, "market update" emails no one opens, and neutral messaging that says nothing at all. We are done with the "appearance of marketing." We are looking for a
Senior Mortgage Marketing Manager
who understands that real marketing in 2026 isn't about being "pretty"; it’s about being
believed. We aren't looking for a coordinator to "manage the brand." We are looking for a hands-on, high-output creator who can build a demand engine. You will be responsible for growing production and revenue by helping our Loan Officers move from being "invisible" to being the most trusted experts in their markets. What You Will Do:
Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically designed to increase lead flow, capture market share, and drive loan production. Direct Production:
Design and manage the creation of all marketing materials, including print collateral, digital ads, and high-quality merchandise that people actually want to keep. Compliance Integration:
Act as the first line of defense for compliance. You must have the expertise to bake TILA/RESPA and Fair Housing requirements into creative materials, so they fly through compliance review without losing their "soul." LO Empowerment:
Transition our Loan Officers away from "Realtor appreciation lunches" and toward becoming digital authorities. You will teach them how to show up where decisions are actually being made (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube). Full-Funnel Management:
Manage everything from organic social growth to CRM lead-nurture sequences that sound like a human, not a committee. What You Need:
Industry Veteran:
Minimum of
2+ years of direct experience in the mortgage industry.
You must understand the loan lifecycle, the difference between a pre-approval and a pre-qualification, and the nuances of various loan products (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Non-QM). Hands-on Skillset:
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) or high-end AI, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Compliance Mastery:
Deep working knowledge of mortgage advertising regulations. You know how to include the NMLS # and Equal Housing Logo without ruining the design. Anti-2008 Mindset:
You hate boring marketing. You believe that 90 seconds of clear advice on a phone is worth more than a $2,500 table at a Realtor event. Data-Driven:
You don't call "busy-ness" success. You track ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. What We Offer:
