The Marketing Specialist is a role focused on the promotion of DeLine Box, a corrugated packaging company, that sells custom boxes and packaging solutions to businesses (e-commerce, FMCG, food & beverage, industrial clients). The role is more B2B, technical, and relationship-driven than consumer marketing. Key Responsibilities
Develop marketing campaigns for corrugated boxes, cartons, and custom packaging Support sales teams with brochures, presentations, and product sheets Manage website content (box styles, board grades, sustainability info) Create content highlighting:
Strength & durability Cost efficiency Custom sizing & printing Sustainability & recyclability
Handle email marketing to distributors and corporate clients Manage LinkedIn and B2B-focused social media Coordinate trade shows, factory visits, and industry exhibitions Track leads, inquiries, and campaign performance Industry-Specific Skills
Understanding of corrugated board types (single wall, double wall, flute types) Knowledge of custom packaging & print processes Ability to market sustainability and eco-friendly packaging B2B communication & relationship-building Basic technical understanding (so marketing claims are accurate) Common Tools & Channels
Website & SEO (product-focused pages) LinkedIn & email campaigns Sales decks & catalogs CRM systems (to track leads) Analytics tools (website traffic, inquiries) KPIs (How success is measured)
Number of qualified leads generated Sales support effectiveness Website inquiries & conversions Brand visibility in target industries Customer retention & repeat orders
