Responsibilities
Manage high‑impact projects for strong brands and exciting start‑ups, steering strategic and tactical development across the digital marketing stack.
Initiate, plan and execute innovative projects, coordinating cross‑functional team members and ensuring on‑time delivery.
Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners, driving projects to successful completion.
Analyze data, identify gaps and opportunities, and formulate ad‑hoc strategies to optimize ongoing initiatives.
Present collaborative solutions to clients, visualise success metrics and future potential.
Maintain daily communication with colleagues, external partners and clients.
Prepare client meetings, co‑responsibly develop strategy and support strategic annual planning.
Qualifications
Completed university degree in business economics, media informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on marketing, digital communication.
Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience in an agency or corporate environment in digital marketing.
Excellent analytical skills, quick learning, and a proactive, goal‑oriented work style.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics, strategies and tools.
Team‑player, eager learning, and excellent stakeholder communication.
Passion for online marketing and interest in emerging advertising technologies.
Structured, autonomous work style, capable of quickly adapting to new fields.
Strong hands‑on mentality and desire to contribute ideas.
