Summit Events is expanding, and we’re looking for a Proactive Promotional Events Assistant to represent our clients at in-person events across the Charlotte area.
If you enjoy speaking with people, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to build real experience in customer-facing sales, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities

Event Promotion & Execution:

Support the planning and smooth delivery of promotional events, including product showcases, retail activations, and community-based events.
Customer Interaction (Face-to-Face):

Engage with customers in person, answer questions, provide helpful information, and highlight product benefits to encourage sales.
Product Demonstration:

Clearly present product features so customers understand how each item fits their needs.
Sales Support:

Assist in converting customer interest into sales through effective communication and confident product presentation.
Brand Representation:

Uphold a professional and positive image of Summit Events and the brands we represent.
Event Setup & Coordination:

Help prepare event spaces, organize materials, and ensure all elements run efficiently during the event.
Insight Gathering:

Collect customer feedback during events and share useful observations with the sales & marketing support team to improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For

Comfortable initiating conversations and speaking with customers.

Sales‑Driven Attitude:

No Experience Required

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required; we provide complete training for the role. This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to start their career in event-based sales.
