Full-Time, Contract Description: The Senior User Experience Designer will join the Client’s User Experience and Design Team, responsible for delivering software design solutions across mobile, web, and desktop platforms. This team includes user experience designers, visual designers, content writers, and researchers working together to craft best-in-class software experiences. The designer will focus on creating systems that empower users to achieve their financial goals through an approach grounded in user-centered design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in complex transactional design and systems thinking, while collaborating cross-functionally in an iterative, Agile environment. Responsibilities
Lead design reviews and provide actionable guidance for cross-functional teams. Conceptualize and visualize ideas through sketches, wireframes, diagrams, or prototypes. Represent the design team brand and ensure consistent processes with business and technical partners. Contribute to research initiatives, apply insights to design solutions, and uphold high design standards. Collaborate effectively with partners, listen strategically to feedback, and adapt designs iteratively. Foster teamwork within the UX group by supporting peers and maintaining clear communication. Design engaging, user-centered solutions for complex financial applications. Balance innovation with usability, ensuring all designs reflect user needs and business goals. Top Skills

10+ years of experience in interaction design focused on digital products 1+ year of experience designing touch-based mobile interfaces is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred Experienced in user-centered design processes, including user research, usability testing, and annotated design specs Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tasks independently within Agile teams Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Invision, Figma Proven experience running design sessions with multi-disciplinary teams and building strong cross-functional relationships A portfolio or PDF demonstrating design thinking, process, and final execution is required for submission Company and Equal Opportunity
