Impact You Will Make Here We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Seller Marketing team and play a key role in helping thousands of brick‑and‑mortem and online sellers grow their businesses on TCGplayer. In this role, you’ll own go‑to‑market execution for seller‑facing tools and workflows; translating product strategy into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and educational experiences that drive adoption and long‑term engagement. As a Product Marketing Manager you will execute high‑impact launches that drive awareness, adoption, and usage across key customer segments. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Lifecycle, Content, and Analytics partners to ensure sellers understand the value of our tools, know how to use them, and see measurable benefits from adoption. Your work will directly contribute to growing the seller ecosystem and expanding the number of collectibles available to hobbyists.
What You Will Accomplish
Drive go‑to‑market execution for B2B seller tools and features, including launch planning, messaging, segmentation, and channel coordination in partnership with Product
Shape positioning and value propositions by partnering with Product teams to run alphas and betas, gather seller feedback, and refine messaging based on real‑world usage
Enable seller education and adoption by collaborating with Content to create videos, guides, and other educational assets
Improve seller lifecycle journeys by working with Lifecycle Marketing to design triggered campaigns that support activation, engagement, and habitual use
Conduct market and workflow research to identify insights that inform positioning, packaging, and prioritization decisions
Measure and optimize performance by partnering with RevOps and BI to define KPIs, track engagement and adoption metrics, and run experiments
Support community engagement through product office hours, webinars, and events, while capturing case studies that showcase seller success
Build value demonstration tools (e.g., case studies, calculators, and estimators) that clearly communicate the ROI and impact of seller tools
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
4–7+ years in Product Marketing or B2B growth marketing, particularly in eCommerce or SaaS
Proven track record in launching products and driving measurable business impact
Proficiency in data analytics and defining success metrics.
Strong writing and public speaking skills
Experience with analytics and GTM stacks such as Amplitude, GA, Tableau, and HubSpot CRM/CMS
Compensation Base pay range: $70,000 – $120,700. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable) and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave).
