brands to life across TikTok + Instagram through scroll-stopping short-form content. This role is ideal for someone who can concept, shoot, and edit content that feels culturally fluent, parent-relevant, and brand building. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally across key areas of our team to ensure content aligns with brand priorities, product storytelling, and campaign moments. This is a fast-paced, hands-on creative role that blends content creation, on-camera storytelling, and platform-native editing. You’ll be hands-on with product + trends, attend brand shoots, and become an on-camera presence for select brands. You’ll primarily shoot in your own home / everyday environments — leaning into natural, real-life spaces that feel native to how parents actually consume content. You must live on social, understand pacing, hooks, and retention, and know how to stop a scroll in under 3 seconds — with a strong pulse on TikTok, Reels, and emerging short-form formats. This position does not support immigration sponsorship now or in the future Key Responsibilities

Concept, script, shoot + edit short-form content optimized for Reels/TikTok Quickly identify, react to, and activate trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments Submit content briefs (concepts, scripts, shot lists) for approval prior to filming Serve as on-camera talent regularly – comfortable speaking directly to camera and acting as a recognizable face Repurpose creator UGC + influencer content to maximize usage across owned channels Write short social-first copy for VO scripts, text overlays, and on-screen hooks Partner closely with the Social Media Manager, Specialist and Brand Team on planning, creative direction, and campaign storytelling. Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal partners to align content with brand priorities, product messaging, and broader campaign objectives. Attend brand shoots + quarterly social-first micro shoots to capture evergreen and launch content Deliver consistent asset volume tied to monthly priorities, launches, and seasonality Maintain organized asset libraries + file systems for clean handoffs to publishing Travel as needed for brand shoots, campaigns, and on-location content capture Education, Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications preferred with relevant digital marketing work experience 1-3 years of hands-on experience producing social-first video content (brand, agency or creator side) Strong knowledge of TikTok + Instagram trends, pacing, hooks, text overlays, and retention tactics Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Suite and/or other editing tools Excellent short-form storytelling instincts (how to land a hook fast + keep attention) Highly visual + detail-oriented creative sensibility Experience pitching concepts + writing short scripts/shot outlines for short-form video Comfortable filming yourself, speaking directly to camera, and being an on-screen personality for brand content Able to execute quickly in fast-moving environments and pivot based on social trends/performance Highly organized, able to manage multiple concepts + versions in a clean workflow + handoff structure Comfortable using AI tools to streamline ideation, scripting, editing prep, and content workflow (where it makes sense creatively) Curiosity for parent culture + an eye for social content opportunities in real everyday moments MUST be able to share a portfolio with recent short-form content examples (TikTok/Reels) that demonstrate editing ability, on-screen presence, and creative POV Salary range posted: $60,000 – $80,000
