Google Ad Specialist
Freelance support for a local client. Contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 20 hours per month. Onsite initially, remote opportunity.
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Google Ad Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will manage and optimize Google ad campaigns, ensure effective use of Google Tag Manager, and support social media strategies. Ideal candidates should have strong expertise in paid media management and a background in web development, particularly WordPress, which would be a valuable asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize Google ad campaigns to achieve desired performance metrics.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to track and analyze campaign data effectively.
- Manage sporadic ads as needed and ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
- Create and execute social media strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency across paid media and social platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Produce content for social media platforms that aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
- Apply WordPress development skills to enhance website functionality and integration with campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools to maximize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and Google Ad Manager.
- Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics.
- Solid understanding of social media strategies and tools.
- Ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress development and CMS functionality.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
