Job Description
As a Paid Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. You will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and growth for our clients, collaborating closely with other team members to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign setup to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance using data to measure success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Attend client meetings to present campaign results and provide strategic insights to support ongoing performance improvements.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager to implement tracking tags and configure conversion tracking across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and others.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
