JOB DESCRIPTION Provide companywide support in the areas of major maintenance, rotating equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, failure analyses, equipment specification and design as it relates to maintenance, mechanical maintenance training and execution of the major maintenance program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education High school diploma or GED

Experience/Specific Knowledge

10 years' experience maintaining rotating equipment

Ability to manage multiple projects and handle multiple priorities

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a functional or cross‑functional team

Strong knowledge of maintenance activities associated with rotating equipment (e.g., engines, compressors, motors and pumps)

Demonstrated proficiency with PC/software skills; project management skills, etc., and possess the ability to read and understand system maps and process P&ID's, understand fluid flow, piping design, distributed control systems (DCS), SCADA design and process control basics

Proven analytical skills and organizational skills with high degree of competency

Possess strong customer focus orientation with attention to customer needs

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

Job level commensurate with experience and skill sets; position will be filled depending on qualifications, experience and skill sets of the successful candidate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting; standing; walking or moving throughout facility; driving; talking; seeing (specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus); hearing; feeling; bending or stooping; squatting or crouching; reaching; kneeling; pushing; pulling; lifting up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

The employee is regularly required to use hands to type, touch, handle, or feel. The employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Required to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non‑working hours.

The successful candidate will be required to clear a drug screen and a complete background check, including credit report for certain positions, after an offer has been extended and prior to being employed.

Living environs may be negotiable and will be relevant to the work location.

Position may be filled in an alternate location at management's discretion.

Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions and travel significant distances by vehicle.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY No

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Above the minimum requirements, not required but advantageous in this position:

Associates or B.S. degree in science, technical field or business

Experience and Proven Supervisory and Leadership skills

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software (SAP, Maximo, Fixit) experience

Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) experience

CAT Vibration certification

Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA I and II) certification

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed. This position may perform other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION The salary range for this role is $110,000-$135,000/yr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution of the major maintenance program including:

Project management of critical equipment major maintenance including on‑site supervision of suppliers and alignment with all key internal stakeholders

Continuous improvement of the major maintenance program by developing best practices and lessons learned

Lead major maintenance needs assessments for rotating equipment (pumps, motors, engines and compressors)

Ownership of Reliability and Maintenance (RM) procedures related to pumps, motors, engines and compressors

Lead mechanical equipment operating reliability investigations including root cause failure analysis (RCFA)

Perform Reliability and Maintenance (RM) assessments for effectiveness and compliance with document requirements. Recommend or provide training to ensure comprehension

Serve on various special initiative teams or Company audits

Assist in execution (communication, training, implementation, etc.) of initiative strategies and processes

Participate as SME on various types of Company coordinated audits

Other duties as assigned
