Williams Dedicated is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Dry Van Drivers in the Midwest states of MO, IL, IN, and MI primarily between Kansas City, MO and Lansing, MI. Drivers will be working roundtrip dedicated routes in the Midwest. Compensation
- Average gross weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,600
- Top drivers earn $1,800+ weekly
- Paid a fixed pay rate per load based on route and customer contract
- Average of 2,800 miles weekly
- Bonuses:
- Driver referral bonus program: $1,000
- Clean inspection bonus: $50 - $100
- Quarterly safety/fuel/performance bonuses
- Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home time: Home weekly on weekends & additional times during week dependent on home location
- Schedule: 5-6 day work week
- Every Friday your full schedule for the next week will be provided!
- Route: Dedicated roundtrip routes in the Midwest
- Level of Touch: No touch freight, majority drop & hook
Equipment
- New model Kenworth sleeper trucks no older than 4 years!
- Any breakdowns are minimal and fast, partnered with NationaLease
- Majority automatic transmission fleet
- Drivers preferred with ability to operate a manual transmission
- Governed speed: 65 mphon the pedal and 67 mph on cruise
- ELD equipped using Samsara system
- Outward facing cameras
- Amenities available in most trucks: inverter, APU, refrigerator
Qualifications
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred
- No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
