Job Title: Document Prep Specialist

Location: Wichita, KS

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $12.50 per hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Prep Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing paper documents for scanning and conversion into electronic files. This includes organizing, reviewing, and ensuring documents are ready for accurate digital processing.

Responsibilities:

Sort and organize paper documents for scanning

Remove staples, paper clips, and other bindings

Ensure documents are in proper order and condition for imaging

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all records

Assist with quality control checks after scanning

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Basic computer skills

Previous experience in document preparation or data entry is a plus
