What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Investigate newly reported work-related injuries to determine compensability
Maintain accurate records for each claim and ensure proper documentation
Manage key components of each claim to ensure optimal handling and resolution
Coordinate settlement negotiations and assist with bill/invoice review
Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to senior claim leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of two years’ experience in managing Indemnity claims or serving as a liaison between injured workers and insurance professionals
In-depth knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims handling processes
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Strong aptitude for technology and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with managing expectations from business partners such as attorneys and claims adjusters
Proven track record of achieving goals in a fast-paced work environment
Strong research and multi-tasking skills
