Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10-15 years of experience in the
movable bridge industry . Strong passion for bridge engineering and a commitment to excellence. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and wear multiple hats. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong business acumen and ability to make strategic decisions. Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
