Job Responsibilities
Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services and managing leads.
Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up.
Undergo reporting and implementation of course correction to maximize client results.
Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.
Receive complimentary Results Gym Membership.
Qualifications / Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Current CPR.
Certifications (One or more) – NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science.
Experience
1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred.
Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures.
Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Compensation Compensation: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
