Position Summary Provide prompt, accurate, and detail‑oriented support to customers and Export Sales representatives by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships. Ensure efficient multitasking and administrative assistance while working collaboratively in a team environment using Microsoft Office tools.

Ensure that customers are provided with prompt and accurate service

Enhance customers relationship with the company and making sure their needs are met

Support Export sales reps and their initiatives

Input customer orders accurately and timely

Answer questions and resolve problems for customers and Export sales team

Provide administrative/clerical support directly to our customers and our Export Sales team

Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized

Multitask in a timely manner

Attention to Accuracy

Ability to work as a Team member working environment

Knowledge of Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook

Other duties as assigned

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6 Months - 1 Year customer service experience or related area

Positive attitude with professional demeanor, enjoy working with people and ability to problem solve

Must be proficient in Microsoft systems including Office, Excel and Outlook

Preferred qualifications

1 - 3 Years customer service, or related area within foodservice industry
