Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Pittston, PA, for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will manage customer relationships, assist clients in selecting cabinet designs, and guide them through the sales process. Responsibilities include advising on product options, preparing quotes, following up on inquiries, and meeting sales goals. The role emphasizes collaboration with the design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of cabinet design or home improvement products, and an understanding of design trends

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Organizational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail

Proficiency in using computer software, including inventory and sales‑related systems

Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales, design, or related fields is a plus
