We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT channel sector. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for technology, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Actively work on the full sales lifecycle for new revenue and sales.
Develop and execute a territory plan to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify customer pain points and IT challenges, and recommend the most suitable ManageEngine products.
Work in tandem with regional sales teams to drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across multiple IT management products.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customers (IT Managers, Administrators, Directors and decision‑makers) in large enterprises and government organizations to understand their existing product usage and involve product teams for health checks, customer success activities and fix gaps (if any), and ensure retention of customers.
Ensure product demonstrations and all pre‑sales queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Maintain strong post‑sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and long‑term account growth.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the IT channel space.
Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales.
Strong interest or background in selling IT management, SaaS, or enterprise solutions; ability to quickly learn technical products and translate customer requirements into solutions.
Strong proficiency in English and a local language.
Demonstrated ability to drive consultative sales cycles, manage complex deals, and close business.
Comfortable presenting to and engaging with diverse customer stakeholders.
Experience in APAC markets and understanding of regional enterprise sales dynamics.
Experience selling IT service management (ITSM), IT operations, IT asset management, security or network management solutions is a plus.
