Capstone is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. We are looking for highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to the team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you! Alera Group was founded in 2017 and has grown to become the 14th largest broker of U.S. business. We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a pipeline of leads and converting them into Capstone customers. Identify and develop relationships directly with key decision makers. Build your knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, learning how to effectively convert a prospect into a long‑term client. Deliver consistent new meeting activity that meets and exceeds quarterly targets. Leverage existing relationships via referrals to generate new prospect opportunities. Maintain excellent activity records in CRM that produce accurate reports and forecasts each month. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferred. Proven B2B sales and/or business development experience preferred. Competitiveness and self‑drive required. Experience selling to functional leadership in Finance, Human Resources Operations, or within the C‑Suite preferred. Ability to identify the highest‑potential target markets. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; preferably Salesforce. Additional Information
This role is expected to be performed on‑site in the office. Alera Group offers comprehensive benefits to our colleagues, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k), generous paid time off, and much more.
