Luxury Travel Sales Manager
to lead and scale our B2C luxury travel sales unit. This role is a critical balance of hands‑on sales leadership, team development, and operational oversight, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. This is an in‑office position located in Aventura, FL.
What You’ll Do Drive Sales and Profitability (The Core Focus)
Lead Outbound Sales:
Directly manage, refine, and scale the outbound B2C sales process, focusing on warm leads, high‑value conversion, and repeat client loyalty.
Unit Profit Management:
Monitor and manage the Luxuria unit’s overall financial health and profitability. Review and control operating expenses to ensure targets for net operating profit are achieved.
Strategic Goal Setting:
Set and track ambitious sales targets (revenue, conversion rates, client satisfaction) in alignment with overall company growth goals.
Sales Culture:
Cultivate a high‑performance sales culture centered on client trust, personalized, high‑touch service, and securing long‑term repeat business.
Leadership and Team Development
Recruit & Mentor:
Hire, train, coach, and develop a motivated sales team capable of scaling results while embodying a luxury service mindset.
Performance Coaching:
Mentor agents on the psychology of selling luxury service and experience, not just product features.
Team Leadership:
Serve as a charismatic, inspiring leader; run effective sales meetings, training sessions, and motivational initiatives to maintain high energy and performance.
Accountability:
Instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while fostering a supportive and thriving environment for the team.
Operational Refinement and Execution
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps and rebuild/refine internal processes, systems, and structures specifically for the sales function (e.g., CRM utilization, sales funnel optimization, post‑sale service hand‑off).
Service Delivery:
Ensure the business consistently delivers an exceptional, high‑touch service experience worthy of a luxury brand.
Reporting:
Work closely with the VP/Head of Growth to provide regular, insightful reports on sales performance, profitability, and operational health.
Brand Representation and Client Expertise
Luxury Authority:
Bring a deep, nuanced understanding of U.S. luxury clients—their needs, habits, and expectations—to inform sales strategy.
Market Insight:
Stay abreast of trends in luxury travel and high‑net‑worth service to maintain the brand’s credibility and cultural awareness.
What You Bring
Proven Sales Leadership:
5+ years of success leading outbound B2C phone sales teams in a relationship‑driven, high‑value service industry.
Luxury Client Focus:
Direct experience selling to/serving a U.S. luxury clientele. Background in luxury travel is strongly preferred, or demonstrated deep knowledge of global destinations and high‑touch service standards.
Financial Acumen:
Demonstrated ability to manage a business unit’s profitability, understanding the relationship between sales, operations, and net operating profit.
