Overview Mid-level escrow disbursement support role in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for daily bank reconciliations and supporting escrow operations while providing professional customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Reconcile outstanding deposits and disbursements
Process checks and wires
Balance files to lender instructions and wire details
Support internal and external customers via system, email, and phone
Handle check reissues, trial balance reconciliation, and refunds
Review signed lender refinance packages to approve funding
Qualifications
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
