Normandy Park Senior Living, nestled on a beautiful wooded campus in Normandy Park, Washington, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director to lead our assisted living and memory care facility.

Your Role As the Executive Director, you will oversee all aspects of community operations, working to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care while enjoying an exciting and fulfilling lifestyle. Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional assisted living and memory care services.

Innovate and enhance our life enrichment programs to deliver thrilling, purpose-driven activities for residents.

Collaborate with culinary staff to perfect an outstanding dining experience.

Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all departments.

Cultivate a vibrant, welcoming environment that feels like home for residents, families, and staff alike.
