Industrial Outside Sales Representative – Rexel USA
We are looking for an Industrial Outside Sales Representative to join our Rexel USA team remotely in Loveland, CO.
Responsibilities
Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
Generate new business by acquiring new customers and expand sales to existing customers.
Collaborate with leadership, team members, and suppliers to plan, track, and implement sales strategies and develop new markets.
Assist customers with product selection and application, utilizing knowledge, internal specialists, and supplier representatives.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences, presenting unique solutions tailored to each customer.
Collaborate with customers and team members for product quotations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
Work with management, credit, and customers to resolve payment issues promptly.
Gather and report information on the company, competitors, pricing, products, and current and future market trends.
Actively participate in professional development to improve selling skills and maintain technical capabilities, including company training, special promotions, sales meetings, supplier seminars, and training schools.
Maintain accurate and timely records, including sales call schedules and expense reports.
Coordinate sales calls with vendors to introduce and demonstrate products, identify customer needs, and promote product and service solutions.
Utilize and champion digital tools, customer solutions, and services to gain a competitive advantage.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
Valid Driver's License.
High School diploma or GED (required).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude toward customers.
Customer‑oriented with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
Product and application knowledge essential.
Highly self‑motivated.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, relevant ERP systems, and CRM tools.
Physical Demands
Sit: stationary position – 21% to 50% of time.
Walk: constant movement – at least 51% of time.
Use hands to handle or feel: constant use of computer – at least 51% of time.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl: occasionally – up to 20% of time.
