RPS Solar Pumps .
At RPS, we’re solar-powered and people-powered! Every pump that leaves our warehouse means one less generator or power line—and cleaner, safer access to water. It supports healthier animals, plants, and people while boosting the resilience, independence, and self-sufficiency of rural families and communities.
We’re mission-driven, impact-focused, and yes—we’re as cool as it sounds. We help folks across the country pump water sustainably, from off‑grid ranches to remote homesteads. We're a team of tinkerers, builders, customer champions, and adventurers who take pride in solving real-world problems with clean technology. No corporate fluff, just honest work that matters.
Job Overview We’re looking for a Customer Connections Representative to join our team in Woodland, CA and help more people access clean, reliable water—without relying on fossil fuels or costly infrastructure. If you love solving real-world problems, supporting independent communities, and being part of something that actually makes a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.

Think creatively as the company grows quickly
Show proactivity, responsibility, and ownership of your tasks
Resolve any emerging customer issues with speed, care, and efficiency
Use technology and tools to stay productive and helpful
Be able to work hard together in a collaborative team environment
High‑five your teammates when another generator bites the dust.
What You Bring You’re excited about work that directly impacts people’s lives and our planet. Whether you’re tech‑savvy, customer‑obsessed, mechanically inclined—even all three—you bring curiosity, team collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose to the table.
Qualifications

Have experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, or customer support roles
Have excellent computer skills and enjoy learning new software quickly

Are excited to learn quickly and dive into new challenges
Are detail‑obsessed when it comes to customer accuracy and follow‑through
Excel at multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Are passionate about building strong customer relationships
Can troubleshoot creatively and think like a customer
Believe in rural resilience and clean technology
Want to be part of a team where mission isn’t a buzzword—it’s the reason
