Industrial Channel Sales Executive — CNC Coolant Systems
Join MP Systems as a channel sales executive focusing on CNC coolant systems.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Shape the Future of Machining Reliability Picture your week: you’re on the road meeting distribution partners, walking shop floors with end‑users, and helping them solve real machining challenges. You connect their goals—less downtime, longer tool life—to proven solutions from MP Systems: rugged high‑pressure coolant systems, chillers, filtration, and accessories engineered for machine tools. Our team partners directly with customers to understand their pain points and build efficient, long‑term fixes.
Your Mission
Own a territory plan for the CNC/machinery market, setting strategy to hit and exceed sales goals.
Map, target, and prioritize distributor organizations and key end‑user accounts in your segment.
Serve as a consultative partner to distribution—educate, enable, and guide them on the right solutions.
Deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight how our systems boost reliability and increase product life.
Team up with technical and support experts to quickly resolve questions and service needs.
Track market signals and competitor moves to uncover new opportunities before others do.
Report pipeline health, forecasts, and progress regularly, calling out risks and improvement ideas.
Represent MP Systems at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand our network and brand.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven success in sales—ideally in CNC or the broader machinery sector.
Hands‑on experience selling through distributors and understanding how channels operate.
Clear, persuasive communication and negotiation skills; able to translate technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
Self‑starter mentality with a team‑first attitude.
Willingness to travel to customer sites, meetings, and industry events as needed.
Comfort with CRM tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
A problem‑solving mindset rooted in customer outcomes.
