What You’ll Do

Leading strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and exceed performance goals.

Managing a robust pipeline and client relationships through HubSpot CRM.

Building trusted partnerships with industry stakeholders: airlines, business aviation operators, flight schools, military leaders, and regulators.

Identifying new market opportunities and shaping tailored solutions for high-risk flight operations.

Collaborating across departments to ensure exceptional service and alignment on customer outcomes.

Delivering dynamic sales presentations and creating meaningful client value.

Acting as a brand ambassador who protects APS’s reputation and intellectual property.

Reporting to the Director of UPRT Solutions & Sales and contributing to a broader business development strategy.

You’re a confident, purpose-driven aviation professional with proven sales success.

You’re passionate about flight safety and eager to promote solutions that make a difference.

Qualifications

Private Pilot License or higher required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of professional sales experience (2+ years in aviation preferred)

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets

Knowledge of UPRT and flight training a plus

Ability to travel up to 25%

Military and/or Aviation Safety Sales experience is a strong plus

Must live in the Phoenix, AZ area
