We’re hiring a Utilities Worker. Must have strong commitment to safety and quality, be engaged in all aspects of work, and interact well with the team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general manual labor around the mill, including picking up paper, sweeping floors, cleaning with various hand tools, shoveling, and handling chemicals.
Operate the core cutting machine to cut cores.
Operate a forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, transport paper rolls, and pallets.
Assist with other labor and general utility work as assigned.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Read a tape measure.
Requirements:
Ability to tolerate an environment that can be hot, cold, and dirty.
Prior forklift experience is desirable; we will provide training.
Entry level, full-time.
Work Environment: Tobacco‑free facility; no smoking, chewing, e‑cigs, or snuff on company property, including the parking lot and grounds.
