About the Role Optimum seeks enthusiastic, motivated, and self‑driven individuals who want to reshape connectivity. As a Retail Sales Consultant you will be part of one of the largest sales channels in the company, forging powerful connections with customers while exceeding sales targets and delivering an unparalleled partner and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and create a welcoming environment for customers.
Serve as a product expert, staying current with trends and educating customers about options.
Assist with billing, accounts, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
Proficient with computers and technical tools.
May need to travel within 35 miles to other stores.
Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Availability for full‑time work, including weekends.
