Sales Representative Become one of our Sales Representatives by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery‑related customers through stocking shelves, building displays, and partnering with nationally recognized retailers such as Walmart, King Soopers, Target and more. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other industry‑leading snacks.

What are the main responsibilities?

Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz' guidelines.

Handle sales objectives, campaigns, promotions, sales brochures, order guides, presentations, and merchandising.

Perform in‑store planning by tailoring programs and data‑driven sales presentations to customer needs, store demographics, and consumer base to drive mutual growth.

Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond expectations.

Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumption, including incremental racks and displays for DSD.

Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level, and coordinate with the Merchandiser to keep inventory fully stocked, rotated, and presentable, while properly crediting and disposing of unsalable merchandise.

Monitor and report on competitive activity and document pricing activities, acting as a collaborator between customer business teams and store management.

Who is a good fit?

Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by your state.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Capable of performing in a fast‑paced environment and meeting defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.

Live within 25‑35 miles of Denver, CO and be able to drive to secondary locations such as Aurora, CO.

Full schedule availability required.

Mondelēz offers a company vehicle with a gas card and maintenance program.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $41,400 to $57,825, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The role is eligible for a competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Several benefits have eligibility requirements; many are subsidized or fully paid by the company.
