We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and build out our high‑impact sales engine. If you have proven MSP sales experience and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle for new MSP customers—from cold outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close

Coach and mentor remote Sales Executives, providing guidance on prospecting, qualification, and closing

Build and maintain a balanced pipeline using inbound leads, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and outbound efforts

Drive disciplined CRM management including activity logging, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Service Delivery, and leadership to align on targets, messaging, and smooth client handoffs

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of MSP sales experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Sales Management roles

Strong background selling managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related MSP offerings

Coaching mindset and ability to elevate sales reps’ performance

Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and pipeline building

Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot or similar lead generation tools

Strong technical aptitude, able to speak credibly about Microsoft‑focused MSP solutions

Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast‑growing MSP environment

Uncapped commissions, targeting $50,000+ annually based on a $500,000 quota (10% new MRR, paid quarterly)
