Base Pay $96,000.00 / year – $126,000.00 / year

Responsibilities Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six‑month timeframe. Yet you are more than a sales professional; you are a trailblazer challenged to redefine benchmarks in supplemental insurance. As you cultivate and expand your market presence, your role transitions to that of a mentor imparting strategies to new team members.

Additional Qualifications

Pass a high-level pre‑employment background check.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).

Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of post‑high school work experience (or within 6 months of degree completion).
