Location Full-time, in-person | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation
Base Pay: $18/hour starting base
Commissions & Bonuses: Uncapped commissions + regular SPIFFs
Earnings Potential:
$50,000–$60,000/year for moderate performers
$65,000–$70,000+ for strong performers
$100,000+/year for top producers

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business and grow existing accounts in the firearms wholesale industry
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Build long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service
Manage order processing with accuracy and timeliness
Stay informed on industry products, trends, and regulations
Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound sales calls daily
Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Proven negotiation abilities to close sales and foster long-term relationships
Experience in inside sales and B2B sales environments
Proficiency in CRM software and Salesforce for managing customer interactions
Familiarity with telemarketing and technology sales strategies
Background in customer service and business development to enhance client satisfaction

Warehouse Picker/Packer Roles - Jeffersonville, IN Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:
$16.00/hour + $1.00 increase after 90 days contingent on good performance
The Warehouse Picker/Packer supports efficient and accurate order fulfillment. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to lift up to 60 lbs and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
Received picked merchandise for packing and prepare products for shipment.
Tape, seal, and label packages to meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with incoming shipments as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-oriented with a reliable and positive attitude.
1 year of forklift experience preferred (training available).
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Reliable transportation.

The Sales Trainer will work closely with the existing trainer to ramp up hiring for 2026, helping to scale and standardize training for a rapidly expanding team.
Training Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive sales training programs for new and existing Sales Executives.
Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and ongoing skill development workshops.
Collaborate with management and the existing trainer to identify training needs, improve sales processes, and scale programs for team growth.
Coach and mentor Sales Executives to enhance performance, close rates, and customer engagement.
Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and ongoing assessments.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor practices, and product knowledge to continuously improve training content.
Foster a positive, motivational, and performance-driven learning environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in wholesale distribution, B2B, or related industries.
Prior experience in training, coaching, and sales enablement is required.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver them effectively to a diverse sales team.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Cerakote Applicator (Custom Paint) - $18/hour Taylor Customs is Orion Wholesale's Custom shop - specializing in the customization and cosmetic transformation of stock firearms. We distribute these custom firearms across the nation. Taylor Customs is hiring a Cerakote Applicator to grow our team and to aid in the process of completing custom firearms. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for an opportunity to join a growing company where you will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver exceptional quality products.
Responsibilities
Mix Cerakote to the correct proportions in preparation of spraying parts.
Apply Cerakote according to manufacturer specifications in a safe manner.
Work closely with the Production Manager to support business growth and company goals.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
Ability to perform routine maintenance to equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction accurately.
This job will require helping in other departments when necessary, which might include disassembly/reassembly, surface prepping, or setting up lasers to engrave.
Recommend and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in the custom shop.
Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety precautions.
Cerakote Certified Applicators are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Education
High school diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be able to legally own and possess firearms under federal and state law.
Must be able to pass a drug screen as well as a criminal background check.
Cerakote application experience is highly preferred, but do not have to be a Certified Applicator.
Must have a willingness to learn and continuous improvement mindset.
Must be capable of standing most of the day and lifting up to 50lbs.
