Inbound Sales Representative (Omaha, NE – In Office)

Inbound Sales Representative to our Omaha team.
This role is
not outbound cold calling . You will be responsible for converting
warm, inbound leads , supporting existing accounts, and delivering an exceptional buying experience from first contact to order placement.

What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to inbound leads (web, phone, email)
Qualify opportunities and guide customers through the buying process
Convert inbound interest into closed orders
Manage follow-up and pipeline activity with precision
Support existing customer accounts and reorders
Collaborate with sales, production, and operations to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery
Maintain clean CRM records and clear communication
Hit individual conversion and revenue targets
What Success Looks Like
Fast response times and strong follow‑up discipline
High conversion rates on inbound opportunities
Organized pipeline with no dropped balls
Customers feel informed, supported, and confident
Consistent performance without micromanagement

Ability to work
in‑office in Omaha, NE
Professional communication skills (phone, email, in person)
Compensation
Base salary + commission
