Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1st Shift Pickers at a facility in Newton, NC.
Requirements:
Meet productivity deadline
Must have at least 1 year Cherry Picker or Forklift experience
Order picking experience
Must not be scared of heights up to 25 ft
Basic Reading, Writing and Math
Able to work in a non-climate controlled facility
Able to lift at least 30lbs
Pass clients Picker training
Competent to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Able to execute excellent attendance
Able to work in a team environment
Respectful and hardworking
Follow rules and guidelines
Work Attire:
Steel toe shoes
No tank tops
Shorts are permitted but must be up to knee level
No muscle shirt, no open sides
No article of clothing with offensive language or picture
In Addition:
Bring plenty of liquid to remain hydrated
Bring lunch/snacks
Pay:
Pay Rate - $14.50. After successfully completing 90 days, we will increase to $15.00.
Shift: Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, but must be open to occasional 6am start time and occasional weekends.
